I've decided to postpone the Top 5 Gorgeous Guys Gone Too Soon list until further notice. 


I hope all of you took part in Earth Hour last night and turned out the lights for an hour. There are a lot of hot men we all would have loved to have been in the dark with last night! and the men below would have been doing it to save the environment!

This native New Yorker keeps it green by riding his bike everywhere he goes...who wouldn't love to ride with Liev?

4. Edward Norton


Coming from a long line of environmental activists, Norton started Solar Neighbours, providing solar panels to low income housing...sexy and a social activist! 

3. Brad Pitt


After moving to New Orleans, post Katrina, Pitt has built Green housing for many of those who lost everything in the hurricane. Can you imagine living in a house built/designed by Brad Pitt...you could say you live in Brad Pitt's house...maybe he comes over to help "Christen" each one!

2. George Clooney


He's just HOT. I'm too distracted by his gorgeous profile below to think of any of the good things he does for Mother Earth...which there are a lot of things he does...he's just so sexy!!!

My favourite, and I think one of the more outspoken environmentalist actors...hmmmm, I wish he'd been over for earth hour last night!

Top 5 Worst Irish Accents by Beautiful Actors

This week wraps up the Irish themed hotlists....and I couldn't resist making a list about hot actors with HORRIBLE Irish accents...we've all heard them, cringing through the whole movie, wondering how these beautiful men could possibly think their accents are believable. Yet we pay to go see them anyways, why?...because they are HOT HOT HOT!!! I think all of us would still drool over these guys even when they sound so ridiculous! 


Here they are...the Top 5 Worst Irish Accents by Beautiful Actors:


5. Gerard Butler - P.S. I Love You


You'd think this HOT HOT HOT Scotsman would be able to pull off a believable Irish accent, but his Scottish accent is apparent throughout most of the movie. He's so distractingly delicious that I barely even notice it though...does he even talk in that movie?

4. Leonardo DiCaprio - Gangs of New York


I love Leo, with or without a terrible Irish accent. He just doesn't quite get it right. He's a little more bulked up in this movie than usual, so that helped make up for his unsuccessful attempt at being an Irishman.

3. Tom Cruise - Far and Away
Before Tom displayed how crazy he really is on Oprah's couch, he was a favourite of mine. We get to see his tushy in the movie, which passed as Irish!

2. Jeffrey Dean Morgan - P.S. I Love You


I'm not entirely sure why actual Irishmen weren't cast in this movie, but it gave opportunity to put 2 men from this movie on my list. I think the director knew how bad his accent was, because he didn't have very many lines to showcase it. Another tushy shot distracts us from his accent. The scene of him walking into the kitchen putting on his t-shirt - SO HOT!!!

And the WORST Irish Accent by a Beautiful Actor is:


1. Brad Pitt - The Devil's Own


Oh my, I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to get through this movie listening to such a farce of an accent, lucky for Brad he has his looks to fall back on. I think many women saw that movie and loved it just for his face. Brad, stick to movies with the accent you can do - American! 

This list is in order of how bad their accent is, 5 is bad, 1 is the worst. They're all gorgeous - Lucky for them, that's what sells movie tickets. 


The order I put these guys in would be different had I done it on hotness...let me know what order you'd put them in.

Top 5 Hot Irish Men

In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, this week and next week's blog will have an Irish theme. If any of you has ever visited Ireland, you will know there are A LOT of beautiful men there...and even more charming one's. I joke with my girlfriends, that an Irish man can charm the pants of any girl just by opening their mouths. They have the gift of the blarney and that little twinkle in their eyes...it makes me melt!



5. Larry Mullen Jr.

I've heard that drummers get the most action out of all the band members...and with his looks, I bet its true!

4. Liam Neeson

Liam seems like the sensitive type. I'd love to have a cuddle with him...

3. Pierce Brosnan

Remington Steel and James Bond...who wouldn't consider him sexy??

I've always got to have a bad boy on the list, and Colin definitely fits that role.

Yes, a boy band member tops the list for hottest Irish man!

Top 5 Hottest Male Oscar Nominees of All Time!!

Gosh, there have been so many gorgeous Men nominated for an Academy award. This was another tough week. I could have done another double list, but this site is for Top 5. In recent years, the nominated men have been getting more and more attractive, but there were also some good one's back in the day. There are men who have been on previous lists like Leonardo DiCaprio and Ryan Gosling. There are some men who I know will end up on lists in the future like Liam Neeson and George Clooney. I narrowed it down to 5, and here they are:

5. Joaquin Phoenix

He is dark and brooding and I know would be trouble...but that is very sexy!! Nominated for Gladiator and Walk the Line...he would bring a little crazy into your life...and a lot of CRAZY FUN!!! Yum Yum!

4. Gregory Peck

Nominated and won for To Kill a Mockingbird - Easily one of my favourite movies of all time. This man's man was sexy his entire life. He's someone you know could take care of you. 

3. Viggo Mortensen

Viggo is hipster cool without even trying. He's the shy bookish type you'd meet at a local hole in the wall and without realizing its happening, end up bringing him home at the end of the night! Nominated for Eastern Promises (and many times snubbed for an Oscar nod), Viggo is hot rugged and clean cut...this guy is Irresistible!!!

2. Robert Redford

If you've seen him in The Way We Were, then you've got to understand why Mr. Redford is on the list...I think he may be the most beautiful man I've ever seen in that movie!! He's smart, creative and cares about the world....Sexy at any age!!! Robert Redford has been nominated as both actor and director.

And the Hottest Male Oscar Nominated Actor is:

1. Paul Newman

Not just his looks and talent make Paul Newman the Hottest man on this list. He had one of the most romantic love affairs with his wife of over 50 years. You know he loved with all of his heart and soul...and that is sexy! Paul was nominated 9 times for his acting talent.
